The Head of Finance will be accountable for steering the financial architecture across all subsidiaries and business units. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with demonstrated expertise in strategic finance.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and exposure to capital markets.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations including IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA, particularly in preparation for IPOs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage finance operations, treasury functions, and risk assessment across diverse business units.
• Experience in partnership with multiple business units to optimize pricing strategies, contractual negotiations, and profitability assessments.
• Strong familiarity with finance transformation initiatives, automation processes, and scalable financial systems.
• A track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing finance teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
• Familiarity with IPO processes, M&A activities, and experience in technology, digital, or logistics sectors is highly valued.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and management of financial resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization across all subsidiaries.
• Drive comprehensive financial reporting processes, establishing accountability against financial targets while delivering insights for informed decision-making.
• Oversee the readiness for Initial Public Offerings (IPO), ensuring full compliance with international financial reporting standards and local regulations.
• Manage treasury operations, optimizing liquidity and financial risk management across the organization’s financial landscape.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze pricing models, contract negotiations, and profitability frameworks, enhancing overall financial performance.
• Spearhead finance transformation initiatives, driving automation and scalability in financial operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute training programs and mentorship for the finance team, instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic leadership in risk assessment and management, ensuring that financial risks are identified, evaluated, and effectively mitigated.
• Foster constructive relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and investors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Report directly to the CEO and the Board, presenting financial performance updates and strategic insights that influence long-term business direction.
