Contributes to the preparation of strategies, policies, and objectives of the organization
Work with the Board of Directors on the strategic vision and its contents of strengthening and instilling relationships and related parties
Continuously monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the applied methods and administrative and financial procedures approved by the Board of Directors, and submit recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding continuous improvement
Plan and direct all negotiations and investigations regarding partnerships, endowments or the sale of major assets after the approval of the Board of Directors
Ensure that spending in the institution is controlled in a way that achieves the greatest possible benefit
Follow up and evaluate new investments, and study the performance of existing investments
Analys and review reports and suggestions received regarding the improvement of the organization’s work, review the reports received to determine the progress of work and the status in achieving the objectives and modified objectives and plans depending on the current conditions to maximize the goals for the origanization
Prepares the budget and monitors expenses and financial performance
Requirement:
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administrate
Experience: At least 12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years at an executive level
