Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the organization’s policies and procedures are compliant.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s compliance programs and initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across various business units.
• Develop and implement strategies to address and reduce compliance risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
