Job Purpose: Responsible for the overall successful development and execution of strategies to accomplish financial and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Planning & Performance Management

• Oversee the development, review, and implementation of the company objectives, strategy, and business plans, and liaise with the company members of the executive management team as required. Oversee the overall process of planning and decision making to ensure business meets its short- and long-term targets.
• Manage committees and work with partners to implement projects and programs.
• Lead, execute and achieve the fundraising objectives of the company, as well as inspire the team to add value in their respective roles. Lead initiatives that build and execute the organization’s brand, and strengthen marketing and communications.
• • Advise on corrective plans to address performance gaps, if needed.
• Review all corporate reports, documentations and presentations prepared by the Division and

provide strategic opinion to executive management team and all relevant stakeholders

People Management

• Provide overall direction for the effective achievement of divisional objectives through effective leadership and by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating team to maximize performance.

Preferred Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA in Business Administration or related Major
• 15 years of Experience in same role
• Excellent relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, including ability to evaluate and manage priorities
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills
