Job Description
§ Post documents via DHL to clients or shipping agents and put information on the C110 and the Warehouse Band Schedules
§ Update the Customs Tariff every month as well as monitor the RTA and customs regulations, record new changes, and inform all relative parties
§ Ensure that all aspects of company shipping & customs-related documentation are generated correctly
§ Advise and guide the Operations Assistants and Transport Vehicle Drivers
§ Follow shipping methods for materials using the operations procedures; Resolve emergent issues for expedited deliveries to the customer
§ Coordinate import/export of goods by scheduling containers to meet shipping demands
