Position Title:             School Partnership with Parents SpecialistEmployment Type:     Full Time Salary:                         up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:            Dubai, UAE About the Client: An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE’s public education sector Job Description: Receiving and reviewing periodic reports or feedback from the concerned departments and units regarding the services of parents in the school environmentPreparing recommendations and reports for the leadership of the institution, implementing the approved recommendations, and presenting them to the officialsGeneral coordination with the management of school branches, educational units and concerned departments regarding any real-time updatesCoordination with the Department of Educational Staff Development and Care in developing educational and administrative staff training programs to involve parents in the educational processFollow-up and general coordination with the concerned departments regarding the activities of parents in the school environment Qualifications:Open to Arabic nationals Male/Female, 30 years old and below Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Education and TeachingMinimum 2 years of experience for Master’s degree, 4years of experience for Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience for diploma graduate
