Job Description:Ensure that the outlet has reached or exceed their potential by maximizing the number of guestsMonitor and verify that all the booking and reservations have been confirmed within 24 hoursDevelop a pleasant and positive relationship with all guests in order to maximize revenue opportunities and support salesVerify on regular basis that all guests’ profiles, histories and marketing databases are maintained and updatedManage and lead the Reservations team, fostering respect and cooperation within the department Qualifications: Open to European and Arabic NationalsFemale, 40 years old and belowMinimum 4 years’ experience in the same position in Dubai with hospitality background, particularly in fine dining restaurant and nightlife experienceExcellent level of English communication, both written and spokenWell-versed in reservations software, with high preference knowledge of Seven Rooms
