The purpose of quality assurance officer Job is to perform all documentation activities mentioned in the approved documentation system of the company
In addition, quality assurance officer job includes implementation of daily / weekly activities as per the approved inspection procedures that assure compliance with Company’s internal quality system.
Preparation of batch packaging records upon the requisition of packaging department.
Preparation logbooks using suitable approved forms to meet different needs.
Enter approved document data to the documentation data base.
Prepare copies from the approved documents required to be distributed to other departments.
Distribution of copies from approved documents and retrieving of cancelled and revised copies.
Filing active documents in suitable file based on the type of document and issuance department.
Keeping the latest version of the cancelled and revised documents for the approved retention time.
Checking of documents for appropriateness and compliance with the internal documentation system before final approval.
Skills
Educational background
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in Pharma Industry.
