The Coordinator – Project oversees the effective coordination of internal and external projects for the Facilities Management department. He/she is the focal point of contact for all projects that come under the umbrella of the Facilities Management department. The Project Coordinator establishes and maintains contacts with industries as well as relevant governmental agencies and is the liaison with these organisations for all communications and projects. He/she is also responsible for running, administering and organising all projects activities in cooperation and under the direction of the General Services and Projects Senior Manager in order to properly execute projects.
Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in Project Management or relevant field.Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management.Full English proficiency is required. * Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD.
