Help coordinate the delivery of keys and vehicle and paperwork to the drivers
• Coordinate repairs, recalls and all scheduled maintenance of vehicles as needed
• Make sure keys, vehicles and full cards are issued and returned as in same condition
• Coordinate pick up and drop off vehicle from Police station when necessary
• Checking vehicles upon issuing and receiving for damages and repairs
• Maintain and keep accurate records of vehicles use by the drivers
• Coordinate maintenance estimations from service providers and maintain records for each vehicle
• Keep Fleet Manager informed of current issues with vehicle reported by drivers
• Make sure all paperwork of the vehicle is current i.e., registrations, insurance cards etc.
• Maintain the record for the cleanliness of the vehicle and coordinate with vendors
• Help to provide clarity on invoices provided by vendors, match with estimations and approvals
• Maintain the record for drivers incase of misuse of vehicles
