Confidential Company Hiring for Administration supervisor at Al Kuwait Full Time
Job Description
- Follow up on the company’s purchases and work to obtain suitable quotations.
- Follow up the company’s stock of various materials and work to provide the company’s needs on a continuous basis.
- Follow up on maintenance and rents contracts, and government fees, and work on keeping their documents.
- Follow-up and monitor the company’s various services (mail – newspapers – security – cleaning company – telecommunications companies).
- Familiar with the procedures of the government ministries to complete the company’s relevant transactions.
- Issue and renewal of licenses for the company with all concerned authorities in the country.
- Completing all employee transactions with the Manpower Authority and the Ministry of Interior.
Skills
Have 3-5 years experience.Have the ability to speak Arabic.Males Candidates.
