About the Client:
UK based building material supplier in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
Responsible for customer order, dispatch, general filing, phone calls, emails, invoices Works Orders, Purchase orders etc.
Has understanding of figures and numbers, handling invoices, customer service and admin tasks.
Act as Sales coordinator and Admin in charge
Adjust stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed for customers and keep the office in a general clean and tidy state.
Deal with and expedite shipments from the UK and assist the accounting company/system to manage the required documentation
Qualifications:
Open to Filipino nationals
40 years old and below
At least 2 years’ experience in similar work role preferably from construction or building materials supplier company
High level of data analysis and proficiency in Excel
Must be comfortable working with large volumes of data
Open to Abu Dhabi candidates and must be willing to work in Musaffah area
