Operations in charge
Job description
Manage goods receiving and goods out, check ASN schedule and prepare team for delivery
Manage consolidation of goods from floor and Binning of received goods in back store
Manage sorting and packing in back store and good loading in truck
RTW on non-trading stocks
Direct segregation and store expired stock in back store, identify expired stocks and remove from floor
Manage and provide tester stickers post approval from Concept, collect exhausted testers and send to WH
Manager shrinkage, audit and stock take/ stock counting processes
Co – develop and execute shrinkage plan
For products on RFID, ensure weekly RFID count threshold variance check at the time of posting for weekly adjustment in inventory
Ensure all damages are declared on fortnightly basis
Ensure negative inventory is actioned as per SOP and PI counts done as per schedule
Ensure returnable gate pass, and all related documentation is strictly followed when releasing merchandise for marketing
Replenish from stock room to sales floor
Execute markdown, schedule task and ensure tools and consumables in place
Manage stockroom standards, monitor stock holding capacity and ensure inwards in line with capacity planning
Manage Omni operations
Timely receipt of Click &Collect orders in system, proper binning of C&C orders and monitoring and marking orders collect and uncollected
Manager instore Customer service and Queries, support shop floor standards, manage process of Customer returns
Staff training and development, ensure compliance to Concept SOPs
Deployment for all Generalist staff, manage distribution of generalist staff and support BM in planning the overall ROTA of operations team
Liaise with concepts to fill in gaps due to attrition or additional workload
