JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Communications Professional who will lead Internal & External Communications for the Group in Saudi Arabia. Incumbent will be supported by the global communications team and agencies and report to our Head of Corporate Communications (Dubai) and work closely with the HR Head of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).
Responsible to lead and manage Group’s efforts to build the employer branding, reputation and develop the business’s key messages for different audiences and stakeholders.
Manage Internal & External Engagements as a key person in driving the Group’s communication agenda.

Budget: Manage the communications budget for the Group in the Kingdom to design and implement impactful messaging
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Lead, coordinate and manage Group’s efforts to raise the profile and continue to build the reputation of Landmark Arabia as the parent company of much-loved local brands like Centrepoint, Home Centre, Max, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle and the like.
Focus on developing and streamlining the Group’s Employer Branding in the Kingdom, through content building on LinkedIn and other relevant social media.
Drive PR & Social Media communications with the support of the Group’s media agency partners.
Identify and cultivate high-quality relationships with media, government entities, universities, public and private sector partners.
Strategize and manage Landmark Arabia’s overall online and offline editorial, branding and media content – from planning to curating and editing – across all our communications channels (PR, website, newsletter, LinkedIn and social media etc.)
Support and drive communications for the Group’s CSR and Sustainability initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for planning, managing and overseeing all external communication produced by the team; which includes – executive summaries of publications, reports, news, articles, engaging written, visual and multimedia packages like videos, animations etc.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Drive and manage integrated communications, projects and events to engage internal stakeholders and build stronger awareness of Group’s objectives, values and goals.
Develop and implement branding and messaging for the region-wide employee communications.
Listen, broadcast and amplify the Group and Leadership’s inner voice to the larger employee population across offices, stores and warehouses.
Incumbent will own the rights to the internal communications platform and drive the communication and messaging on it both creatively and proactively.
Responsible for Identifying and/or creating and coordinating opportunities for cross collaboration within teams – managing and leading information flows between teams.
Identifying, preparing and supporting the Group’s leadership in their role as spokespersons (Country Head, Regional Heads, Business Heads etc.) and managing their communications to employees and stakeholders.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
JOB EXPERIENCE
8-12+ years of experience with a min. of 4yrs exp. in the communications role with a reputed PR/Media agency/Corporate preferably in Fashion / Retail industry
Arabic & English (Read & Write)
