Program Manager / Senior Program Manager, Corporate Innovation – to support the digital transformation of corporate and government institutions
Location: Riyadh, KSA / Dubai, UAE
Language: Fluent in English, (Fluency in Arabic is preferred, but not a must)
Start time: This is an urgent role – project basis. From July 10 – Dec 30. We are accepting applicants on a rolling basis, with expectations to close by June 23th, 2023

As program manager, you will lead the successful design and execution of this program – leveraging your consulting and benchmarking experience to deliver a highly personalized program. You will own the end-to-end design of the program and become a key ally of the leading stakeholder. You will also be identifying new value-adding activities in terms of content, networks and coaching that go above and beyond in delivering the best in entrepreneurial programs.
Your future team:
Team of high performing individuals with experience in big3 and big4 consulting companies and innovation strategy holding Master and MBA degrees. We expect you to learn fast and take on a challenge!
Your potential projects:
•
Innovation strategy development (focus areas, initiatives definition, roadmap, KPIs, etc.)
•
Innovation processes development (stage-gate models, cross-organizational collaboration, governance, etc.)
•
Incubator, Accelerator and other innovation programs design and execution
Your role tasks:
Depending on the grade you will be responsible for:
•
Project / program structuring
•
Building relationships with key stakeholders
•
Involvement of top-tier stakeholders for discovery interviews
•
Presentation materials preparation
•
Case studies and public data analysis
•
Project management involving internal AstroLabs s employees and selected external Mentors
Job requirements
•
STEM degree (Master or MBA is a plus)
•
Have 4-6 years of experience in management consulting / investment banking / project management office / in-house strategy or innovation departments/ founder or founding team role(s) in a technology or tech enabled permit
•
Possess excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills
•
Don t afraid to prove your point to high-level stakeholders
•
Fluency in English (arabic is a plus)
