CIS is looking for customer success executive who works closely with customers to understand their business objectives and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development) to ensure that we are providing an amazing service experiences along with a great product for our customers.
· Help own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial on boarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.
· Gathering customer feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices
· Help to identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by our customers
· Keeping customers updated on changes to the product they’re using, new features and new products they might find useful
· Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals
· Up selling and cross-selling through review of customers’ progress
· A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer facing role (Experience in software industry will be preferred)
· Proficiency in English (Oral & Written).
· Strong listening skills and ability to understand others’ viewpoints.
· Open to a culture of innovation, professional development and collaborating with others in a team
· Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information
· Bachelor in communication or marketing from reputable university
