Global Broker Sales and Support Manager

Reporting to – Head of Commercial Strategy & Development, Global Individual Health (GIH)

Cigna International’s Global Individual Health (GIH) business is a leader in providing international health insurance to expatriates and other globally mobile individuals.
The Position:
We are seeking an individual with the capability to lead our global Broker Sales and Support Teams.
As Global Broker Sales and Support Manager, the successful candidate will lead our global Broker Sales and Support Teams (BSST), with teams based in Glasgow, Scotland and in the DIFC in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to coach and develop the team to ensure that the annual broker sales and support targets are achieved in alignment with regulatory requirements as well as maintaining Cigna’s focus on Broker centricity and overall efficiency. The candidate will need full flexibility to support the business needs over a 24-hour day from Monday – Friday in peak times and taking into account different time zones and sales regions.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader, with experience working globally within a Telesales Environment and with a culturally diverse team.
