This is a Contract Engineer position for our villa construction project. It requires the candidate to join within 1 week.

Salary Range: AED 7000-9000

Work Location: Dubai

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the drafting and review of project EPC contracts, construction contracts, subcontracts, procurement contracts, and other related contracts.

2. Responsible for assisting the review of contracts with the owner, general contractor, and subcontractors and providing constructive opinions.

3. Project contract terms, research, formulate, and implement contract negotiation strategies.

4. Responsible for the preparation and review of letters and lists with project owners, consultants, and related parties.

5. Responsible for providing contract briefing to the execution team after potential projects are signed.

6. Report the status of contract management to superiors.

Application Requirements

1. Able to join immediately.

2. Minimum 5 years’ contract engineer experience in the villa or building construction and engineering projects. Knowledge of project contract management.

3. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.

4. Proficient in MS Office software, good command of English language and communication skills, Competent team player.
