Charterhouse is working with a global FMCG brand who is looking to hire a CRM Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A primary focus of this role will be to work closely alongside the sales and marketing team to lead in all aspects of CRM development and implementation across the KSA business.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand and take ownership for the CRM development by providing troubleshooting support and training to colleagues, briefing teams on new system updates and working with stakeholders to share feedback to improve processes. As the CRM Specialist you will be the point of contact for all colleagues regarding any platform related queries or communication and will play a crucial role in empowering team members to champion the platform and adopt best practices. In addition, the role will be responsible for generating reports, uploading data to the platform and extracting sales related data.
Our client is looking for someone who has experience of working in an FMCG environment, who is tech savvy and has worked in a similar role leading CRM implementation, ideally using Salesforce.
About you
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years commercial experience working in an FMCG environment, with excellent knowledge and usage of CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce. Our client is only able to consider bilingual English/Arabic speakers due to the regular interaction and communication with colleagues which is required in both languages.
In addition, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to interpret and translate technical information in a clear and efficient way. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office is required, especially excel.
