Within the Fragrance and Beauty teams, you lead client engagement related projects to make our approach innovative and stay ahead of the competition.

Missions:

Support the client engagement manager on strategic projects and support the organization on leveraging client experience in the omnichannel way. Seize global and local opportunities to elevate our engagement programmes experience and lead new projects.

Objectives :

• Develop client relationship and amplify our brand and product experience through engagement programmes.
• Leverage VIC programme to design a dedicated path to our top tier clients and deliver the ultimate luxury experience.
• Redefine one to one channels’s role and value in the omnichannel journey.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Engagement programmes management to support regions’ implementation and lead project coordination.
• Prepare and host client engagement workshops, not only for projects but also to inspire a horizontal thinking, connecting different teams to continuously improve an omni-channel experience delivery.
• Articulate strategic visions into action plans, project outlines and roadmaps.
• Identify and translate business and brand goals into client relationship and engagement strategies.
• Lead Customer Care and Clienteling related projects.
• Collaborate with different teams and profiles, leveraging CRM with a data-informed thinking.
• Coordinate with different regions, understand their realities and find creative solutions to answer their challenges and business reality.
• Work with external partners for dedicated projetcs.

Candidate profileLE:

• At least 5 years’ experience in client engagement projects.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, strategy or other experience related discipline.
• Strong experience in loyalty programmes and CRM-related projects, both leading projects as well as being hands-on.
• Familiar with clienteling and customer care topics.
• Project management mastery in a global organization with transversal role.
• Significant experience on working with Artistic teams.
• Good experience managing teammates.
• Experience working on global organization with international coordination (fluent English is a must-have)
