Main Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Reporting
Actively manage detailed plans with media agency and implementation of campaigns to launch in timely manner
Coordinate with media agency and Europe teams on campaign asset requests
Work on reporting to Europe teams on budgets and campaigns
Ensure campaigns and planning are as per Global guidelines
Assist on internal reporting presentations
Monitor the accurate delivery of campaigns and analyze post campaigns reports
Work closely with each division and PR team on launches and campaigns
Digital
Coordinate on translations of digital campaigns
Coordinate with digital team on cross functional projects
Coordinate with e-retailers on campaigns and reports
Coordinate on social campaigns validation
Work with media agency on paid search campaigns
Budget
Assist in managing plans to be in line with budgets
Assist in invoicing process
Assist in budget reporting and closings
PROFILE
English & Arabic speaking, reading, and writing is a must
Has 2- 3 years’ experience in media preferably within a media agency
Has great organizational skills, detail -oriented, pro-active, able to work in fast paced environment and multi-task
Has strong communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to identify gaps and performance opportunities for innovation and optimization
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent digital landscape knowledge and social media knowledge
