CE LA VI – Dubai Hiring for Reservation Agent Job at Dubai Full Time

Job description

Deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and ‘in person’ enquiries.

• Ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear

information and that they are input accurately and promptly onto the system.

• Maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and taking every

opportunity to upsell, including promoting premium bookings and scheduling big spenders.

• Liaise with clients and customers to coordinate corporate events
• Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers.
• Ensure that all work meets company standards and is according to training given; all function

paperwork must be accurate and complete, including catering requirements, booking supplements and
payment details.

• Create daily floor sheets detailing reservations
• Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business including all food and

drink menus to ensure that you are able to respond to customer enquiries.

• Undertake general administration duties.
• Observe the Company’s rules and procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by

Managers.

• Be aware of your responsibilities in respect of Health and Safety at work and they follow all procedures.

Report to management any hazardous situation or accident.

• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required and be involved and contribute to these.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience required.

• Obtains experience in service area.
• Good communication skills to internal and external customers.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
