We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who will support our finance manager with business accounting activities. This includes raising, sending and paying invoices, and chasing late payments.
Job Responsibilities:
Cash receiving and paying
Invoice processing
Processing expense requests
Cash book maintenance
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
Raising sales invoices
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Basic administration
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Requirements:
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software QuickBooks
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Contract length: 24 months
