Casa Vista Developments is seeking an experienced Admin Executive to oversee office operations and ensure efficient administrative support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front office, reception, and support staff.
• Manage office supplies, company documents, and administrative workflows.
• Handle contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee parking arrangements and overall office facilities management.
• Manage Tarkheesi and Oqood systems for company and project-related processes.
• Coordinate with the PRO for employee and company documentation.
• Liaise with the legal team for contracts, renewals, and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or office management (real estate background preferred).
• Familiarity with Tarkheesi and Oqood Systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and general administrative systems.
