Job Description

Our Customer Service Representative plays an important role in maintaining positive company experiences by providing product/services information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision. Serving as the voice and face of our company, he or she will be integral to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer queries.

• Meet daily personal qualitative and quantitative targets

• Address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction by providing expert answers

• Recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services, and seizing opportunities to sell the products and services whenever possible.

• Gather and report customer feedback.

• Follow communication procedures, and guidelines.

• Go extra mile to engage customers.

Must Have:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

• Minimum Bachelors degree

• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening skills

• Have strong sales pitch capabilities

Nice to Have:

• Track record of not just reaching, but exceeding the quota requirements

• Critical thinker and problem solver

• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
