Looking for Estimator experience in Furniture Joinery and Fit-Out.

? Review tender design drawings, specifications, BOQ, etc.
? Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing with
tender quantities.
? Sending inquiries and obtaining prices, analyzing prices, preparing material
and labor cost estimation, and preparing bids.
? Preparation of a list of technical queries for consultant clarification.
? Preparation of project risk analysis report.
? Good knowledge of market rates.
? Attend pre-bid meetings with clients or consultants.
? Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of the project
and meet the client budget.
? Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
? Comprehension of local authority requirements and international
standards.
? Coordinating with procurement and providing necessary technical support.
? Understand the complete needs of the project materials & methods for
installation.
? Choose the best-suited suppliers to execute the jobs by analyzing their
capacities and technical expertise.
? Negotiate sales agreement/SCA and obtain the best possible cost and time
advantages for the client.
? Manage the supplier’s performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and
responsibilities
