Key Responsibilities
· Directly supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales workers in an establishment or department.
· Duties may include management functions, such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work, in addition to supervisory duties.
· Arrange the displays by size, color, etc., and maintain a high level of Show Room Standard.
· Update the higher management for competitor’s role situation that is affecting company’s sales, this is help to maintain future strategic sales.
· Create a positive work environment.
· Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish.
· Communicating and providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
· Resolving conflicts and negotiating with others.
· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with guiding, directing, and motivating subordinates.
·Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring coaching and developing others.
·Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or Follow up with Customers’ needs and monitoring and motivating sales staff performances such as Branch Target and Individual Sales Staff.
·Collect the customers complain from Operation Dept. / Sales Team and to conduct meeting with concern dept.
·Review customer’s sales training from different suppliers for gradually growth of sales team.
· Inventory coordination with higher Coordination to maintain monthly meetings with all of the division managers to review customers.
· Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing.
· Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client.
· Working exclusively with global brands.
Candidate Profile
1. Requirement open for Arab nationals.
2. Previous experience working as Showroom manager/supervisor.
3. Min. 5-8 years of experience in furniture division.
4. Ability to manage, train and assist a sales team.
