Responsible to: HR Director
Qualification & Experience:
Should be bachelor’s degree holder.
Knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware and software commonly used in schools.
Duties
Maintaining the school’s network.
Installing new software and upgrading existing applications.
Providing technical support for teachers and students.
Ensuring internet systems are safe and offer full child protection.
Maintaining hardware peripherals (e.g. scanners, printers, external drives)
Maintaining and developing the school’s website.
Liaising with suppliers on maintenance or licensing deals.
Troubleshoots complex problems requiring specialized expertise and uses specialized tools to diagnose and repair computer and peripheral systems.
Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and operating system problems and provides on-going technical support to other peers and ITC personnel.
Responsible for IT equipment inventory.
Ensures cameras are properly recording every day.
Ensure IT check list is done for the owners in Society every Sunday.
Keep track of IT renewals and ensure its valid and renewed on time.
Ensure group emails are correct and always updated as per school departments in coordination with the HR assistant.
Coordinate with digital publishing-platform vendors to ensure access to digital resources for teachers and students.
Ensure smooth running of the School Management System Administrator, assign rights and policy for the users as per school management policy as per future requirements.
Maintain and Manage Microsoft teams for smooth running of Online education.
Assignments and tasks related with The Society for Service and Community Development.
Maintain internet speed, troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi and other IOT devices.
Maintain internet speed, Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi and coordination with Audio Visual System with the Vendor.
Maintenance of all Data center.
Any other duties as requested.
