The HR Government Relations Officer shall be responsible to ensure that all residence and license formalities for new and current staff are completed on time.
1. Follows up on the process of issuing work visas and visit visas for hospital employees and guests.
2. Responsible for ensuring that first time residencies for all new employees are completed within the agreed time frame
3. Ensures that residences for existing employees are renewed on time prior to their expiry date
4. Processes civil IDs for employees ensuring that any mistakes are corrected by the ministry
5. Prepares all documents pertaining to the Ministry of Health and ensures that all documents are accurate and complete
6. Ensures timely submission of documents and requests to the MOH, either manually or through the system, as required
7. Follows up on pending issues with MOH – initial approval, interview schedule & interview results etc
8. Coordinates with representatives to obtain appointments for medical check-ups, finger print, GMC registrations etc
9. Ensures that all licenses for medical staff are renewed in a timely manner
10. Assign tasks to HR representatives based on priority and follows up through until task completion
11. Records and maintains up-to-date information on HR system related to residences and license information
12. Prepares employment contract for all new employees, both the MOSAL and internal employment contracts

1. Bachelor degree2. 5 years’ experience in similar post3. Bilingual (Arabic & English)4. Knowledgeable of Kuwait labor law & medical licensing rules and regulations5. Currently in Kuwait6. 8 hours/day, 6 days/weekSalary: KD450.000 – KD550.000 per month
