In 2021 we have bold and ambitious goals to drive a critical change in the way we provide services to our Colleagues and our Leaders – transitioning to a new one stop shop, best in class HRMS that will empower our people through self service.

To enable this change for the HMRS and other IT lead Change Projects, we are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills to join the team. Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Analyst will work closely with project stakeholders in the business to help support the IT Project Management team.

Responsibilities include:

• Bridging the gap between IT and the business using data to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to Stakeholders and IT Project Manager
• Analyze the impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.
• Acting as the liaison between groups or departments, to be intermediaries who help support and translate needs across business units and functions.
• Supporting the change management team

• Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
• Work with business SME’s to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
• Gathering information about problems to be solved or procedures to be improved
• Interviewing personnel and conducting onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed
• Analyze financial data, revenues and expenditures, and employment reports, among other data
• Finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions that many include new systems, procedures, or personnel changes
• Presenting findings to decision makers
• Conferring with managers to ensure changes work

Requirement Summary:

• Previous experience as a business analyst essential.
• Experience in Data Analysis and management in problem solving.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to communicate solutions/updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills and able to build process flow diagrams (Visio) to effectively translate business processes and modelling
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations (Powerpoint / Slides)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High analytical skills (advanced Excel / Google Sheets)
• High attention to detail and a track record of following through on commitments.
• Jira, Tableau, Oracle HCM, Workday HCM is an advantage.
• Project management experience and/or formal certifications is an advantage.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Self motivated and proactive working approach.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar displace
• ITIL Foundation Certified (V3 / V4) – Preferred
• PMI / PMP / Agile – Preferred

Languages

• Must be fluent in English (Written / Spoken)
