Canon Hiring for Qatar Finance Trainee Full Time

As a Finance Trainee, you will play a vital part in Canon´ s innovative Finance team. You will assist the Finance Team with tasks as requested to ensure a full and efficient accounting service within Canon Qatar LLC.

• To Assist for the Financial Month Close and all Reporting, as required
• To achieve Inventory Level targets in coordination with the Marketing and Logistics Department.
• To supervise the Accounts Payable Function by posting invoices, expense claims, payments and other related journal entries.
• Maintain and update Financial and Accounting records/filing of the department
• Assistance in Preparing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Overall assistance in daily routine work including Posting, Payables, Accounting, Banking, etc

• Relevant recognized formal qualifications (University major in financial accounting) (essential).
• Practical “hands-on” exposure in a similar business environment (2 years minimum)
• Candidate should be available to join immediately, full-time
• A high level of accuracy when dealing with figures.
• The ability to meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.

• Familiar with MS Office, Email and Internet, a minimum of intermediate excel skills (formatting, cell linking, basic formulas, sorting) (essential).
• Fluent in written and spoken English essential (essential).
