ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (ARABIC SPEAKER)
· Education: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or any other equivalent field
· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
· Locally available
· Valid and transferable visa
· Perform clerical duties in order to maintain the department administration
· Maintain the general paper-based and computer-based filing system and keep all the relevant records required.
· Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings conference and conference calls.
· Receive, direct and relay telephone message and emails.
· The incumbent will undertake any such related duties or responsibilities as directed.
· Ensure height standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information
· Prioritizing workload and meeting tight deadlines with high quality output.
