General Job Description:
• Perform clerical duties in order to maintain the department administration .
• Maintain the general paper based and computer based filling system and keep all the relevant records required.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings conference and conference calls.
• Receive ,direct and relay telephone message and emails.
• The incumbent will undertake any such related duties or responsibilities as directed.
