Role and Responsibilities

To provide IT support to our clients in Pakistan and abroad. The hired person will be present at our client’s office from 9-5AM and will provide support to our international clients on phone. The candidate must be:

· Fluent in english

· Good at building client relations

Along with being good at the above mentioned points, the hired person should have an IT education background and should understand the following:

1. Basic computer networking

2. Basic knowledge of operating systems

Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS-CS, BS-IT

Preferred Skills
Some knowledge of virtualization
