Looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong people leadership with commercial acumen, ensuring smooth daily operations and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing, engaged team.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with area and head office teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and team management ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
