With Calo’s ambitious growth plans towards making Healthy easy, we need to drive demand growth across multiple geographies keeping customer experience at the center. This role will help us understand our user behavior, impact of different growth experiments etc. to help drive Calo’s growth

What you’ll be working on

• Analyze user behavior and identify the frictions in the customer funnel and work closely with the Product and Marketing team to improve the metrics
• Analyze and measure the impact of various initiatives underway so as to build a strong understanding of the value of various growth levers execution.
• Embark on exploratory data analysis projects to achieve better understanding of untapped areas of growth to scale and programmatically automate the growth process across different areas
• Work in cross-functional teams with product, engineering, finance, marketing side by side to tackle growth
• Executing and analyzing experiments to optimize subsidies (promocodes, wallet credits, referral program etc.) allocation
• Build dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performances, monitor and analyze the performance of the markets

What we’re looking for

• You have 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics
• SQL – Intermediate to proficient skills to perform data analysis
• Your Advanced Excel skills are second to none
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Clevertap
• Statistics – A/B testing, uplift calculation, statistical significance
• Tableau/ PowerBI – Dashboard design and automation would be a plus
• You have strong experimentation skills and a stellar ability to collaborate
