**Role overview**

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead our automation projects. This includes being the main point of contact in all stages of hardware automation, research and design, manufacturing, installation, and evaluation.

To be a successful Project Manager, you should be able to identify and develop innovative solutions to the problems encountered while communicating your ideas in a clear manner to different stakeholders. This position also requires flexibility and the ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners.

**Main Responsibilities**
– Prioritizing problems and decisions on the approach to problem-solving according to the company’s objectives & timeline.
– Assisting and supervising the team when performing a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement).
– Designing systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
– Conducting experiments methodically and evaluations by analyzing data and interpreting results to improve and innovate product designs.
– Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
– Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
– Ensure clear documentation of mechanical reports.
– Build and maintain relationships with key customers, and suppliers and develop partnerships
– Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business plans
– Prepare and deliver presentations on new project developments while providing a weekly report on progress and monitoring the progress of existing initiatives
– Measure the effectiveness of executed initiatives
– Manage expectations with stakeholders on deliverables
– Manage and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the project meets opening deadlines
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering
– +4 years of experience in mechanical engineering in food production and processing
– Has access to local suppliers and a wide knowledge of the market in the hardware world
– Must have excellent communication and technical writing & speaking skills in English
– Must have working experience in fabrication/prototyping mechanical projects
– Solid understanding of core engineering principles
– Creativity and analytical skills
