We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our HR department. As our HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organization’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving change and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations.
Lead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, training, and development.
Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts, issues, and concerns as they arise.
Develop and manage employee engagement and retention programs.
Collaborate with senior leaders to drive change and transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7-10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving change and transformation initiatives
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
