Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
· Reporting directly to RGM
· Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
· Preparing the weekly staff schedule
· Training and motivating staff.
· Ensuring the guest satisfaction by monitoring the quality of the products and service
· Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, dining and counter staff.
· Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
· Checking stock levels and ordering supplies with the RGMs approval
· Constant communication with the superiors
· Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.

To ensure customer satisfaction by consistently delivering the highest standard of quality, service and cleanliness to each customer every hour of the day, every day of the year.
