CACI has an opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst (ILA) with experience in Relational Supply (R-Supply), DLR Management, Material Delivery Receipt processing and Warehouse Inventory Management to provide support to Patrol Coastal (PC) and Mine Counter Measures (MCM) ships in Bahrain under our USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) program in Norfolk, VA.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Process issues from stock, maintain issue documents and post issues in R-Supply on a daily basis. Segregate issues by PC UIC and place in assigned bin.
Receive stores/material shipments (DTO/Stock) from DLA, AV Units, FEDEX, DHL, etc. IAW delivery schedule. Process DTO materials and place in PC bins for issue to applicable PCs. Stow stock material in assigned locations IAW R-Supply. Segregate CASREP and DLR items and inform LSR. File and maintain all shipping manifests.
Assist in Location Audit Processing (LAP) and inventory of DLRs, DBIs and Non-DBI items IAW inventory schedule
Manage the warehouse Shelf-Life Program. Reconcile all discrepancies with the Stock Record File (SRF) and forward listing for signature and file monthly.
Process all receipts (DTO/Stock) in R-Supply via FACET/IBS. Process dummy receipts in FACET when receipts (1348-1A) are not available.
Receive/issue/stow/turnover R-Pool, COOP Tool, FLYAWAY Kit, Test Equipment, Tech Assist Material for PC and MCM ships. Receive/issue medical items for CNSS-5 command departments.
Provide warehouse customer service by conducting stock check and warehouse forklift support.
Conduct warehouse upkeep, maximize stowage capacity, and assist in the disposition of excess material (RRAM, DRMO, Environmental, Scrap Metal, and trash).
Assist in transporting applicable expired shelf life and Hazmat to environmental activity. Assist in offload of MST-6 excess material to RRAM/Code 500.
Assist with the Consumable program.
Must have a current DOD SECRET clearance.
Ideal position for a former Navy Logistics Specialist (LS) (E5- above).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related business discipline. As a substitute for the degree, eight years of hands-on experience R-Supply Management AISs (Force/Unit) and Inventory Management.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and NMCI.
