Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Muscat. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with clients, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Technical Support and Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively
• Experience in a similar role or technical sales background is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field

Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in KNX, home automation, and AV systems, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Pre-Sales Consultation: Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide tailored KNX and AV solutions.
• Solution Design: Design custom KNX-based automation systems, integrating lighting, climate, AV, and security, with detailed technical documentation.
• Presentations & Demos: Deliver clear presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of KNX and AV integration.
• Integration Expertise: Lead seamless integration of AV systems with KNX platforms for optimal performance.
• Testing & Support: Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support during deployment.
• Market Awareness: Monitor KNX and AV trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather feedback and improve KNX and AV solutions.
