BV G Hiring for Saudi Immigration Coordinator Job at Riyadh Full Time

• Provide daily immigration support to external and internal stakeholders across all business units and escalate as needed
• Sound Knowledge of – Saudi Work Visa, Iqama renewals, GOSI and other ID
• Expat Relocation – should be familiar with expat relocation procedure from home country
• Assists with required immigration postings online and on-site, including tracking, filing and record-keeping
• Assists with preparing documentation related to revised processes and procedures
• Reviews and maintains employees’ records and reports
• Creates, organizes, and maintains electronic documents, databases and file systems and tracking support
• Responsible for managing the general Immigration inbox and responding to simple inquiries or escalating as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

* Min 2 yrs of Immigration experience with good communication skills
