Job Description
Responsible to manage the entire Planning agenda for the International Markets, liaising with financial and non-financial stakeholders in Asia, Halal, Turkey and Direct Export, as well as with the FP&A, Cost and S&OP teams in the Headquarters in Brazil.
- Manage the financial consolidation and coordination of all activities that are necessary for the weekly OTCs, Monthly Mobile Targets, S&OP Cycles (Forecasts) and the Annual Budget process that are necessary for the proper management / decision making of the business.
- Manage the Opex function having to coordinate all its activities on the International Markets, comprising of Actual analysis, Reporting, Cost Center governance (creation, approvals and maintenance) and coordination and consolidation of monthly Planning cycles and Annual Budgeting involving all Package Owners and Business Units.
- Manage the incorporation of the MME (Matrix Management Expenses) activities currently undergoing in Brazil, into the International Markets.
- Coordination of FP&A and Opex processes and agendas with multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate the monthly reporting packages related to FP&A and Opex
- Ensure proper maintenance of Opex databases and guarantee the governance around Cost Center creation
Academic Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields
Desirable requirements
- Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus
- Strong background on FP&A & Opex Management
- Preferable with FMCG experience
- Strong P&L Analysis skills
