Key Accountabilities:
A. Create and maintain various documents and records as required.
B. Issue of memos and circulars as necessary.
C. To key all records ( MR, Receipts, and Stock adjustment ) into the SAP System
D. To maintain a proper inventory record in the computer and co-ordinate with Account / HR and other Departments on matters related to the department function and departmental employees.
E. Provide administrative support to various stake holders in the department.
F. To maintain proper filling of all documents ( Material purchase and Certificates, Etc. )
G. To monitor the stationery and document (Gate pass, MRN, GRS, GRN, Etc. )
H. Coordination with other departments on administrative or commercial matters or as instructed by supervisors.
I. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
J. Performs other secretarial and clerical duties or assignments as directed.
