Boutique Aesthetic Clinic Hiring for Specialist Dermatologist at Dubai Full Time

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a DHA licensed / DHA Eligibility Letter holder, Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologist for their client in Dubai, which is a leading premium aesthetic center.

We are looking for DHA licensed Specialist Aesthetic Dermatologists with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.

The Specialist Dermatologist would administer a wide range of non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments – Botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers for wrinkles, volume restoration, and facial contouring. Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro needling to improve skin texture and tone. Non-surgical body contouring or skin tightening treatments. Procedures for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne scars, sun damage, and pigmentation issues.

Develop customized, personalized treatment plans that combine medical and cosmetic procedures to achieve the best possible aesthetic and clinical results. Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of medical skin conditions, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin infections. Conduct comprehensive dermatological evaluations, including detailed medical history and skin analysis, to identify patient needs and concerns. Prescribe appropriate oral and topical medications for various dermatological ailments.

Ensure a high standard of patient safety and comfort during all procedures by adhering to strict hygiene and procedural protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and clinic staff, such as nurses and aestheticians, to ensure seamless service delivery and quality patient care. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine and technology through continuous education and training.

Attend industry conferences and workshops to expand knowledge and professional networks. Educate patients on various treatment options, potential outcomes, and recovery processes to ensure they are fully informed and confident in their decisions.

Salary : Aed 30,000 per month plus incentives (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. Final offer lies at the discretion of the client and would be made after completion of interviews).
