Job Description

• Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise /information
• Appointment slotting for prospective customers.
• Documentation – scrutiny / checking and submission
• Data Quality of application information submission
• Biometrics – finger print scanning
• Segregation of application as per service
• Collection, handover & deposit of Cash for the day.
• Delivery of application to mission on the same day.
• Selling Value Added services

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and typing skills.
• Working experience in customer service
• Should have a valid residence visa in Kuwait
• Should be a Graduate in any Discipline.
• Candidates with visa typing experience will be considered.
• Should be flexible in working hours.
