Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Provides a professional administrative/secretarial service, routing callers and correspondences as necessary and taking initiative in drafting and finalizing replies where appropriate to ensure that all matters are dealt with efficiently and appropriately
Carries out HR administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Maintains records/files replenishes stationery and arranges to service of office equipment
Preparation/Proof Reading of Arabic Letters and documents.
Assist in all recruitment process, screening cv, calling candidates and onboarding.
Assist other departments wherever necessary in administrative task
Skills
Required:
Must have university degree/diploma, preferably with HR major.
1 Year experience in any office role
Arabic fluency in writing, reading and speaking
Local labor laws & government regulations preferred.
