Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the largest Retail Gaming Company based out in UAE with its presence in over five countries. Our client is looking to hire a Retail Operations Lead who will provide support and monitor the operations of the Retail stores. Also, Maintain relationships with partners; suppliers etc. and manage the operations of the business.
– Managing the profitability of Retail by achieving company sales objective, service goals & overall financial targets – as well as controlling costs.
– KPI management including conversion, ATV, UPT and attachment ratios.
– Improve profitability of stores by focusing on controllable operational cost
– Manage instore customer Service and drive consistency across the region.
– Manage goods Out inc. transfers, recalls, RTW, monitor inventory management systems within the region.
– Study Shopping patterns, customer data and provide actionable insights.
– Achieve financial and operational sales and expense targets for all aspects Store/Back office operations
– Provides continuous support to the product Logistics, Inventory, Store Services and Loss Prevention functions
– Prepare an annual budget and business plan for the Store/Back office according to budget instructions
– Develop, implement and monitor a series of operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of the department across all functions
Requirements- 5+ years of proven experience in the Retail Sector.
– Organize staff training and development of team should be the most important aspect
– Hands-on leader with people management
– Influencing stakeholders at all levels
– Flexible with strong work ethic
– Coaching and training of team members
– Strong communication skills – written and oral (Arabic preferred)
– Ability to analyze data and form action plans
– Ability to think ‘outside of the box’ in a fast-paced retail environment
