Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well known Cybersecurity training company in UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for boosting the sales of Cyber security training as well as maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
– Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
– Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
– Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a field based B2B sales role within the Enterprise/Commercial space.
– Experience using Salesforce and Tableau are a must.
– Able to deliver against agreed KPIs and targets.
– Strong influencing and negotiation skills in a business environment.
– Able to work well under pressure.
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Able to manage change, whilst aligning and prioritizing multiple tasks.
– Sales focused and commercially aware of new business opportunities.
– Experience of selling in the Cyber Security sector.
– Fluency written and verbal in the Arabic language is desirable.
