Ensure the renewal of product’s local and export certificates on time.
Manage and update internal regulatory documentation (SOPs, WIs, process maps, Aws, etc.).
Food safety and quality assurance imparting related information and expectations internally/cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Planning if applicable.
Review and update company’s regulatory SOPs and provide feedback on regulatory initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate artwork information, supplement label and artwork claims, regulatory policies, and factory assessment to comply with SFDA regulations.
Communicate with parent company’s Regulatory and Consultants to obtain proper documentation for product artwork development.
Perform assessments of regulatory processes to ensure records, procedures, processing, products, and packaging are following all regulatory requirements.
Providing and facilitating the necessary Regulatory-related training to operations staff to increase their understanding of BCR Regulatory concepts.
Prepare monthly Regulatory reports for management and concerned authorities for their necessary actions.
Ensure that all changes regarding new regulations are documented and investigated, and improvements are implemented in adherence to QHSE & Regulatory best practices.
Review food safety documentation/packaging materials necessary for regulatory submissions and inspections (SFDA / GSO).
Standard operating procedure implementation regarding regulatory, food safety, and quality assurance topics as needed using Q-Pulse.
Assist with internal and external audits about Food safety (ISO 22000), HACCP, and Health & Safety (ISO 45001).
Analytical with great attention to detail; ability to evaluate quantitative data and translate information into actionable solutions to drive positive business results using the Minitab software.
Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the Direct Supervisor.
